Actor and politician Kushboo Sundar met with a road accident early on Wednesday at Melmaruvathur near the outskirts of Chennai. She did not sustain any injuries. The Tamil Nadu BJP is holding the yatra despite the state government denying permission for the yatra in view of the Covid-19 situation as well as possible communal tension.
